Does the Library is a new experience for you?
Our purpose is that you know and use our services. They are all free, because accessing the library is your RIGHT.
Our services for first-year students are:
- Supporting and orienting to the library services: ask at the desk or email bibliomedfarm@unige.it. We always answer.
- Textbooks lending: you can take away up to 10 books for 2 weeks. The loan is renewable 3 times. More info.
- Supporting the Catalog unopertutto.unige.net use. Ask at the desk: using the unopertutto.unige.net catalog lets you know what books or documents are available, manage your Library card, and ask for digitalization services.
- We buy the textbooks: if some textbooks of your course do not are in our collection, ask for support so we can buy them and warn you when the book is available on the shelf and ready for the loan.
- We help you to use the Unigeprint service (300 copies for free). More info.
- The Library is a safe and friendly space. In the tables you can find sockets for your devices. We take care of students with disabilities. We are open from Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 19.00 pm but if you prefer to study in the Evening or on Saturday we (and the Dean of the Medicine School) offer these services:
Room "A" ground floor: 42 seats Evening Mon-Fri 19.00 pm-22.00 pm + Saturday 8.30 am-19.00pm.
