Does the Library is a new experience for you?
Our goal is to introduce you to and help you use our services, which are all free: accessing the Library and using its services is your RIGHT.
Our services for first-year students are:
- For information and guidance on library services, ask at the desk or email bibliomedfarm@unige.it. We always respond.
- Textbooks lending: you can take away up to 10 books for 2 weeks. The loan is renewable 3 times. More info.
-Textbook Purchase: If the textbook you're looking for isn't listed, ask for assistance: we can purchase it and notify you when it's back on the shelves.
- Supporting the Catalog unopertutto.unige.net use. Ask at the desk: using the unopertutto.unige.net catalog lets you know what books or documents are available, manage your Library card, and ask for digitalization services.
- Free APP Library Mobile : all library services from your smartphone
- Introduction to the Unigeprint service (300 free photocopies for printing handouts or whatever you need). More info.
- "PC TO GO" service: the library can lend laptops for a limited period of time
- The Library is a safe and friendly space. In the tables you can find sockets for your devices. A group work room with an interactive whiteboard is available. We take care of students with disabilities. We are open from Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 19.00 pm but if you prefer to study in the Evening or on Saturday we (and the Dean of the Medicine School) offer these services:
Room "A" ground floor: 42 seats Evening Mon-Fri 19.00 pm-22.00 pm + Saturday 8.30 am-19.00pm.
